"The Word of Life" Christian Center is legally registered in Polish Republic as the
Christians' Evangelical Church. The Church is a member of the Evangelical Alliance -
interchurch organization which associate Churches with other religious alliances of
evangelic nature.
We belong to the Evangelical Churches' family. The Churches' organisational base
is a faith in Jesus Christ as the only God and the Head of the Church (Ephesians 1:22
""And hathput all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all
things to the church".). Everyone who is obedient to the God's Word becomes a
member of the Church. That huge number of people is a result of completing the
Lord Jesus Christ's prophecy which says that in the end of the times the evangel
will be heralded among all nations. (Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom
shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall
the end come".).
The Christians' Evangelical Church in Poland comes from a spiritual awakening,
which at the beginning of our century appeared in many spots of the world.
ince that time, according to the promise (Matthew's Evangel 24:14) every believer
was given christening in the name of The Holy Spirit by God. This experience
was accompanied by supernatural signs, namely prayers in unknown languages and
prophecy (Acts of the Apostles 2:4-12, 10:45-46, 19:6). Originally, the activity
of creating newborn communities, which were formed under the Church's influence,
was quite spontaneous, but already in 1929 most of Polish churches gathered together
under the name of the Christians' Evangelical Church. After the II World War
persecutions and repressions from communist authorities affected the Christians'
Evangelical Church as well as other Christian religions. But it didn't interfere
with further expansion of the evangelical mission. Nowadays the Christians'
Evangelical Churches can develop under full legal acceptance in harmony with other
Christian religions of evangelical nature.
Our Church condemns activities of sects in Poland and prevents their expansion.
